"Jonway EV" Enhances After-Sales Service with Training to Boost Dealer Efficiency and Confidence

Xuzhou, China December 2024 - "Jonway EV" is proud to announce the successful completion of another after-sales service training program for one of its European dealers, aimed at enhancing the speed and efficiency of EV maintenance. This comprehensive program equips participants with the essential technical knowledge to ensure rapid troubleshooting and effective servicing of Jonway EV’s IONA XS model.

The five-day training featured both theoretical lessons and hands-on experience, focusing on key areas such as electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. This approach has the potential to improve participants' EV repair knowledge by up to 50%. By offering technical insights and practical experience, the program ensures that partners can perform repairs swiftly and effectively.
